While the last days of summer are long gone I’m simply not ready to let its beauty go. Finally catching up on summer shoots makes me appreciate even more that splendid time of year.

I have had a busy 2014 photographing real-estate. Working with realtors, stagers, and homeowners has been invigorating; I enjoy the freshness of the different team and style each listing brings. Expressing my love of architectural detail through an artistic lens results in photos filled with unique angles and well-lit spaces.
My appreciation for architecture runs in my family; my father and sister (Tania Balazs http://www.marvingardens.com/agents/34/21950/Tania-Balazs-Gvishi) have been in the real-estate business cumulatively for over 40 years. Here are some recent gems I’ve photographed that have come and gone on the hot Bay Area market.
